- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
- Tzatziki sauce for serving (optional)

Instructions:

1. Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing them into thin strips.
3. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 15-20 seconds to make them pliable.
